Manage daily office operations, documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
Prepare event-wise documentation: BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), checklists, timelines, staffing sheets, and delivery notes.
Maintain databases: client lists, vendor contacts, rate sheets, inventory logs.
Handle purchase orders, GRN, and vendor payment follow-ups.
Manage stock levels of raw materials, disposables, crockery, linen, and equipment.
Track inward & outward inventory for each event.
