📌 Job Title: Academic Coordinator & Admin Executive (Female)

🏫 Organization: St Kabir Institute of Professional Studies

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between faculty and students for lectures & schedules

• Manage class timetables and academic calendars

• Maintain student attendance and academic records

• Assist in exam planning, results, and academic documentation

• Support faculty in academic activities and reports

• Maintain and update student database in Excel

• Prepare MIS reports, data analysis, and documentation

• Handle admissions data and student records

• Manage emails, calls, and internal communication

• Assist in event coordination and day-to-day operations

• Strong command on Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Management)

• Good communication & coordination skills

Candidate Requirement:

• Female candidate preferred

• Graduate (any stream)

• 1–3 years of experience in an academic coordination/admin role

• Freshers with excellent Excel skills can also apply
