We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Admin Officer to oversee and manage all administrative activities within our organization. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge and expertise in administrative management. The candidate will be responsible for the smooth functioning of various departments including Facility, transport, security, housekeeping, vendor management and all administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operations of the administration department.
· Manage and coordinate transport services ensuring efficient transportation facilities.
· Supervise security operations to maintain safety and security across the premises.
· Lead housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
· Handle vendor management including selection, contracts, and performance reviews.
· Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
· Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
· Budget planning and cost management for administrative activities.
· Resolve administrative issues and conflicts.
· Maintain records and documentation for all administrative functions.
