The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining office facilities, coordinating with vendors, managing assets, and supporting employees with administrative requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Handle office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office utilities.
Maintain office assets and equipment records.
Supervise housekeeping, pantry, and support staff.
Process purchase requests and follow up on procurement.
Maintain administrative documents, records, and files.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for employees.
Monitor utility bills, AMC contracts, and office maintenance schedules.
Support employee onboarding by arranging workspace, ID cards, and office essentials.
Coordinate courier, dispatch, and document management.
Ensure compliance with office policies and safety standards.
Assist HR in organizing meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare administrative reports and MIS as required.
