🔧 Role:  Administration Executive

💼 Desired Skills and Qualification:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred

  • 0–3 years of experience in office administration or vendor coordination

  • Good understanding of data entry and computer operations

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks efficiently

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation

 

 

 

 

⚡ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations

  • Handle client coordination and client handling, including calls, emails, and follow-ups

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements

  • Prepare, verify, and process vendor bills and invoices

  • Assist in tracking Purchase Orders (POs) as per company procedures

  • Follow up with vendors for timely submission of invoices and payments

  • Maintain proper documentation related to vendor agreements, POs, and billing records

  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports for Billing, Expenses, and MIS data

  • Perform data entry operations and maintain accurate records in systems

  • Handle routine computer operating and documentation work

  • Support overall administrative activities such as filing, record keeping, and coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments for approvals related to billing and procurement
