Futura SSL India Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the architectural and industrial lighting industry, is looking for a Facility Manager to join our dynamic team in Chennai.

Role Overview

The Facility Manager will oversee the smooth functioning, safety, and maintenance of our corporate facilities while ensuring operational excellence. The role demands strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage vendors and internal teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day facility operations, including building maintenance, security, housekeeping, and safety compliance.

Oversee vendor contracts, negotiations, and service quality.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate office infrastructure requirements (lighting, electrical, HVAC, etc.).

Implement cost-effective facility management practices.

Support organizational events and workplace management initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

3 to 5 years of experience as a Facility Manager in a corporate setting.

Experience in lighting / architectural / related industries preferred.

Strong knowledge of facility operations, vendor management, and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
