Admin & Purchase Executive
Company: Biolume Skin Science
Location: Kasna, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month (as per experience)
Responsibilities
Handle daily office administration and documentation.
Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
Manage quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and purchase records.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Maintain files, records, and Excel data.
Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Production, and other departments.
Handle general office coordination and follow-ups.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years’ experience in Admin/Purchase/Documentation preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Candidates comfortable working at Kasna, Greater Noida preferred.
