Provide administrative support to civil engineers and project managers
Maintain and organize project documentation, drawings, permits, and contracts
Assist in preparation of reports, tender documents, and project correspondence
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project schedules
Track project progress and update internal systems and databases
Handle procurement documentation and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance records and safety documentation are properly maintained
Process invoices, purchase orders, and timesheets
Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and government authorities as required
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
fresher - 2 years of administrative experience (preferably in civil/construction industry)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy
