Job Role & Responsibilities

Review, verify, and approve pet ads submitted by users on the Animaline App.
Check ad images, titles, descriptions, pricing, category, vaccine details, and overall authenticity as per quality standards.
Reject fake, duplicate, incomplete, or policy-violating ads with proper remarks.
Respond to user queries, complaints, and support tickets related to ads.
Monitor daily pending ads, approved ads, featured ads, and active ads in the admin panel.
Ensure strict compliance with app rules, selling policies, and community guidelines.
Detect and manage spam, fraud, and suspicious accounts or listings.
Perform data entry, status updates, and basic documentation tasks.
Coordinate with the internal team to achieve daily ad approval targets.
Maintain accuracy, speed, and consistency while checking and approving ads.
