Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining asset records, purchasing stationery and housekeeping materials, managing uniforms, invoice handling, and guest house maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company asset list and records.
Handle purchasing of stationery, housekeeping materials, and uniforms.
Coordinate delivery and distribution of purchased materials to concerned departments.
Maintain stock and inventory records.
Issue invoices and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the guest house.
Monitor housekeeping requirements and support operational needs.
Prepare reports related to purchases, inventory, and asset management.
Maintain proper filing and administrative documentation.
Support other administrative activities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration or related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and invoice handling.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage records and inventory efficiently.
Responsible and detail-oriented candidate preferred.
