Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Tele Sales Executive for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, attending client inquiries, coordinating with sales teams, and generating leads through telecalling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk Management
Welcome and attend walk-in clients professionally.
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain office reception area and administrative records.
Tele Sales Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for property promotions.
Follow up with existing and new leads.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients.
Schedule site visits and meetings for sales managers.
Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
Generate leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
Achieve monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.
Confident personality with professional behavior.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Additional certification in sales/customer service will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Female candidates preferred.
Experience in real estate telecalling/front desk preferred.
Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
