We are hiring a smart, patient-friendly Receptionist / Sales Executive to manage front-desk operations and promote physiotherapy services. The role includes handling inquiries, appointments, patient coordination, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front desk management & patient handling

• Appointment scheduling & follow-ups

• Phone/WhatsApp inquiry handling

• Explaining treatments & packages

• Lead conversion & basic sales

• Billing & daily reporting

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Customer service & sales skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / WhatsApp Business)

• Experience in clinic/hospital preferred
