Role Overview:
We are hiring a smart, patient-friendly Receptionist / Sales Executive to manage front-desk operations and promote physiotherapy services. The role includes handling inquiries, appointments, patient coordination, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Front desk management & patient handling
Appointment scheduling & follow-ups
Phone/WhatsApp inquiry handling
Explaining treatments & packages
Lead conversion & basic sales
Billing & daily reporting

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Customer service & sales skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / WhatsApp Business)
Experience in clinic/hospital preferred
