Job Description: Front Desk Executive Cum Sales Executive

Position Overview:

The Front Desk Executive serves as the face of the organization, providing a professional and

welcoming first

impression for all clients, visitors, and employees. This role involves managing the front desk

operations,

coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception and Customer Service:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or in person.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.

Administrative Support:

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

Maintain and update visitor logs and security records.

Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.

1 Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company

in a designated area to

achieve sales objectives

2 Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues

3 Sales Closure of hair and skin clients

4 Identify new sale leads

5 Responsible for driving consultation to Location allotted

6 Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs.

7 Contacting potential client via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

8 Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
