Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: ThrillD – Family Entertainment Zone
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: 2–4 Years (Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive banquet sales, and manage inventory efficiently. The ideal candidate should ensure excellent customer service, smooth restaurant functioning, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Handle customer complaints professionally
2. Banquet Sales & Revenue Growth
Generate and manage banquet/event bookings
Coordinate with clients for events, parties, and corporate bookings
Achieve monthly sales targets for banquet services
Develop promotional strategies to increase bookings
3. Inventory Management
Maintain stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies
Conduct regular inventory audits
Minimize wastage and control costs
Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement
4. Team Management
Supervise and train restaurant staff
Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
Ensure high team performance and discipline
5. Customer Experience
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
Build strong customer relationships
Monitor service quality and feedback
Required Skills:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in banquet sales and event handling
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
Qualification:
Graduate / Hotel Management preferred
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work in shifts and weekends
