Job Title: Receptionist
Department: Front Office
Role Summary:
A receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. They manage front desk operations, handle calls, and support basic office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and guide them properly
Answer and transfer phone calls
Maintain visitor records and appointments
Handle emails and basic office communication
Manage office supplies and front desk area
Coordinate with other departments when required
