Job Title: Patient Relationship Executive – Front Office

Job Summary:
Spectrum Physio Centre is looking for a Patient Relationship Executive – Front Office who will be responsible for managing patient interactions, front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. The role involves welcoming patients, handling appointments, coordinating with physiotherapists, and maintaining strong patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients at the front office.

• Manage patient appointments, calls, and follow-ups.

• Maintain patient records and update details in the system.

• Handle patient queries and provide service information.

• Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team for smooth patient flow.

• Support patient satisfaction, feedback collection, and relationship building.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle patients professionally and politely.

• Experience in healthcare, clinic, or front office is preferred.
