Job Title: Receptionist cum Sales Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Receptionist cum Sales Executive who will handle front office responsibilities and support sales activities. The candidate should manage customer interactions, attend calls, and assist in promoting company services.
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and front desk operations.
Handle emails and basic administrative tasks.
Provide information about company services to visitors.
Sales Duties:
Explain company products/services to customers.
Follow up with potential clients through calls or messages.
Support the sales team in generating leads.
Maintain customer database and update records.
Assist in achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
Any Graduate (preferably Commerce background).
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Customer handling and sales skills.
Experience:
0 – 2 years (Freshers can also apply).
Salary:
15000-20000
