Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle patient admissions, discharges, and insurance processing through computer systems.

• Proficiently draft and manage emails, ensuring clear and effective communication with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, documentation, and report generation.

• Maintain accurate electronic records of patient information, appointments, and medical histories.

• Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks related to patient care, including scheduling appointments and managing inquiries.

• Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the hospital.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.

• Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate various software applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or similar environment preferred.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
