📍 Keshavnagar, Pune

We are looking for a Smart, Responsible & Patient-Friendly Receptionist to join our physiotherapy & rehabilitation centre.

💼 Position: Receptionist

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

📍 Location: Keshavnagar, Pune

✅ Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients professionally

• Manage appointments, patient records & daily entries

• Handle phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries

• Explain clinic services and packages to patients

• Follow up with patients for appointments and sessions

• Handle billing, payments & basic cash/UPI records

• Maintain reception and clinic coordination

• Generate leads and convert enquiries into appointments

• Coordinate with physiotherapists and patients

• Handle basic computer and documentation work

• Assist in the overall day-to-day administration of the clinic

🎯 Requirements:

✔️ Excellent communication skills

✔️ Marathi & English – compulsory

✔️ Hindi communication will be an advantage

✔️ Good knowledge of computer, MS Office & WhatsApp

✔️ Good sales & patient-conversion skills

✔️ Confident, polite and presentable personality

✔️ Previous experience in a clinic/hospital/reception/sales role preferred

✔️ Ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly

💰 Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month

(Depending on experience, skills & performance)

📈 Performance-based incentives may be provided.
