Job Description: Receptionist /Front Office Executive

Location: Bhutani Cyber Park, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist/ Front office Executive

Salary: Best in Industry

Only Male Candidates

Responsibilities:

· Manage the front desk and reception area in a professional manner

· Greet and assist visitors courteously and maintain visitor records

· Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and mails

· Ensure smooth internal communication and coordination within the office

· Provide administrative and clerical support to HR and Admin teams

Requirements:

· 1-2 Yrs of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive (Freshers can also apply)

· Basic working knowledge of MS Office

· Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and documentation

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Pleasant personality with a professional attitude

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

· Basic knowledge of office administration

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Personal vehicle will be an added advantage.
