Position: Receptionist
Café: JBY Chai Coffee and Studio (Gorai 1)
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling phone calls and inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating with different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers, guests, and visitors professionally.
Provide accurate information about services, facilities, timings, and other queries.
Manage bookings, appointments, reservations, and customer records.
Assist with billing, payments, or basic administrative tasks when required.
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out or customer entry processes, depending on the business.
Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Customer-service oriented with a polite and helpful attitude.
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, hotel, café, or customer service will be an advantage. Fresher with Knowledge also welcome.

6am to 3pm / 3pm to 12am
