  • Greet and assist visitors, handle calls, and manage front-desk operations.

    • Maintain visitor logs, follow company security and hygiene protocols.

    • Handle mail, courier, and office supply inventory.

    • Schedule meetings and manage reception area cleanliness.

    • Support HR/Admin with documentation and data entry.

    • Coordinate with departments for communication and administrative tasks.
