Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our exclusive furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all visitors and clients professionally.

Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department or person.

Maintain the showroom reception area in a neat and presentable condition.

Take primary information from visitors and update visitor records.

Coordinate with the sales and management team for client appointments and walk-ins.

Ensure smooth front office operations and maintain decorum at all times.

Support administrative tasks such as documentation, courier handling, and client refreshments.

Represent the brand image of Homedge Interior Pvt. Ltd. with confidence and courtesy.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Good-looking, well-groomed, and approachable personality.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.

Polite, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.

Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.

Prior experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred (especially in luxury retail or furniture showrooms).
