Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a presentable personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

• Maintain visitor records and issue gate passes

• Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and mails

• Maintain office registers and basic documentation

• Coordinate with different departments for visitor appointments

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

• Assist in administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Presentable personality with a professional attitude

• Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, intercom, etc.)

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Experience:

• 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Salary:

• ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

• Full-time (Day Shift)
