Position: Receptionist
Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Preferred Candidate: Female
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients/visitors at the reception.
Handle patient inquiries and provide basic information about diagnostic services.
Manage incoming calls and coordinate appointments.
Maintain patient records and basic documentation.
Handle computer-based data entry and other reception-related tasks.
Coordinate with the diagnostic center team for smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, presentable, and patient attitude.
Ability to manage reception duties independently.
Female candidates preferred.
