Key Responsibilities

Client & Visitor Interaction: Welcome and greet clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Communication Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; manage correspondence and emails.

Scheduling & Appointments: Schedule client appointments, manage calendars, and organize meetings.

Mail & Document Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail.

Office Organization: Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary forms, brochures, and stationery.

Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.

Supply Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

Security: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.
