We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Dhatri Ayurvedic Clinic And Panchakarma Centre to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will attend patients, make entries, manage patients. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like attending calls, messages, making appointment calls, etc The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 5000 - ₹ 6,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Help with medicine preparations and other clinic works.
Perform administrative tasks like filing and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
