We are looking for a smart and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling calls, managing appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office coordination.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors professionally
Answer and transfer phone calls
Manage appointments and meeting schedules
Maintain office records and documents
Handle incoming and outgoing mails/couriers
Coordinate with different departments
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
Presentable and professional behaviour
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate
