Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors; manage visitor logs and issue badges; answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
Communication: Provide information in-person, via phone, and email; draft basic correspondence; communicate with clients/vendors.
Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, book conference rooms, perform data entry, photocopying, and filing.
Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages; prepare outgoing shipments.
Office Upkeep: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked; monitor and order supplies.
Security: Maintain office security by monitoring access and following safety procedures.
Co ordination: Co ordination with other departments in the clerical Work
