We are looking for a young, dynamic FEMALE candidate for the position of Receptionist. Candidate should be Graduate with at least 1-7 years of experience. Candidate should have following skills:

· Good at Computers, should have knowledge of MS office, E mails, WhatsApp & Internet

· Should know all the front desk activity

· Preparing Quotations, Delivery Challan and Invoices

· Scanning & filing of essentials documents

· Preparing Vendor forms

· Handling company’s courier services

· Sending Emails to Customers on daily basis

Candidate should be smart, quick learner, multi-taskers & should have excellent and polite English communication skills.
