Key Responsibilities :
1. Calendar & Appointment Management
Schedule, manage, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
Maintain and update calendars, ensuring no conflicts
Send reminders and follow-ups
2. Communication & Call Management
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally
Make outbound calls to clients, vendors, or leads during available/free time
Follow up on pending conversations, appointments, or business inquiries
Draft, respond, and organize emails on behalf of the employer
3. Social Media Management
Manage and maintain social media accounts (posting, replying, engagement)
Create basic content (captions, posts, updates)
Monitor performance and suggest improvements
4. Administrative Support
Organize documents, files, and reports
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks
Maintain records and important information
5. Site Visits (if required)
Visit locations for coordination, inspections, or task execution
Represent the employer professionally during visits
