• Manage daily schedules, appointments & meetings

• Handle calls, emails & official correspondence

• Prepare and maintain documents, reports & records

• Coordinate with clients, employees & stakeholders

• Manage calendars, reminders & follow-ups

• Maintain confidentiality of company & management information

• Assist management with day-to-day administrative & operational tasks

• Handle other responsibilities assigned by management
