Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite and organized OPD Receptionist to manage front desk operations, patient registration, and appointment scheduling in the outpatient department. The role involves coordinating with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and register patients at the OPD reception.
• Schedule and manage doctor appointments.
• Handle phone calls and patient inquiries.
• Maintain patient records and update details in the system.
• Coordinate with doctors and departments for patient flow.
• Assist with basic billing and documentation.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
