Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and dynamic candidate who can handle Administration, HR activities, Production Coordination, and Quality monitoring. The candidate will directly report to the Director and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office administration and coordination
Manage recruitment, employee onboarding, and follow-ups
Coordinate with production team for daily work tracking
Monitor quality processes and documentation
Maintain stock records, inward/outward entries, inventory
Support billing, vendor coordination, and basic accounts work
Prepare daily reports and update management
Ensure discipline, compliance, and task completion
Requirements:
Experience in Admin / HR / Production / Operations
Knowledge of inventory, documentation, and basic accounts
Good communication and follow-up skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email)

1–5 years
