Hospital Receptionist
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors.
Manage patient registration and appointments.
Handle incoming calls and patient enquiries.
Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, billing and other departments.
Maintain accurate patient records and front-office documentation.
Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
Follow hospital policies, SOPs and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements:
12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer/EMR knowledge.
Prior hospital or front-office experience preferred.
Good customer service attitude and professional appearance.
