
Job Description
Welcome and register the guests according to the procedure.
Assign room and accommodate special request whenever possible.
Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservation when necessary.
Promptly notify housekeeping of all the late check out, early check in and special requests
File and post all charges to guests.
Follow the message handling procedures.
Get information about the daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel.
Give suggestions and comments to superior.
Follow Hygiene regulation and policy of the hotel.
Verify if all expenses have been charged on the bills of the guest and their amount
Prepare all the necessary forms required to carry out the daily operations.
Follow all the messages contained in the logbook.
Amusement park Entry coordination.
Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
Should have knowledge in IDS / WINHMS software
