We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean reception area
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Maintain patient records and basic data entry
Handle billing coordination or direct patients to concerned staff
Assist doctors and staff with administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome)
Any educational qualification
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude
Preferred Skills:
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Basic understanding of clinic/hospital environment (optional)
Strong interpersonal skills
