We are looking for a responsible and experienced PG Manager to manage day to day operations of our Paying Guest (PG) accommodation. The candidate should ensure smooth functioning, tenant satisfaction, and proper maintenance of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily PG operations and staff
Handle tenant check-in/check-out and documentation
Collect rent and maintain payment records
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance
Address tenant complaints and resolve issues
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and vendors
Ensure discipline and follow PG rules
Maintain inventory and basic accounts.
