Company Anthill IQ Workspaces Position Front Office Administrator / Receptionist Location Bangalore Experience 1–6 Years Employment Type Full-Time Industry Workspaces / Office Solutions Key Responsibilities • Manage front desk operations and ensure a warm and professional experience for visitors, clients, and employees. • Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and day-to-day office communication effectively. • Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor access, and branch-level administrative activities. • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems accurately. • Monitor office supplies, pantry inventory, and vendor coordination activities. • Coordinate with facility management teams to ensure smooth office operations across branches. • Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of workspace areas. • Ensure conference rooms, reception areas, pantry, and common areas are presentable at all times. • Provide administrative assistance to employees and management teams whenever required. • Support branch operations, event coordination, and employee engagement activities. • Ensure adherence to company policies, workplace standards, and safety procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred. • 1–6 years of experience in front office, administration, receptionist, or workspace operations roles. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Good knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Ability to multitask and manage operations in a fast-paced work environment. • Strong organizational and coordination skills. • Experience in housekeeping supervision, vendor management, or facility coordination will be an added advantage.
