Job Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and staff while ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
