About the Role

Shani's Restaurant is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with expertise in operations, financial management, team leadership, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the smooth operations of multiple restaurant outlets.

• Monitor and improve the company's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance by controlling operational costs and maximizing profitability.

• Ensure effective inventory management, including stock planning, procurement coordination, wastage control, and regular audits.

• Lead, supervise, and mentor outlet managers and restaurant staff to ensure operational excellence.

• Develop and implement SOPs to maintain consistency across all outlets.

• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.

• Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, HR, and finance teams for seamless operations.

• Monitor outlet performance through sales reports, operational KPIs, and customer feedback.

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, health, safety, and other statutory regulations.

• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with experience managing multiple outlets preferred.

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L management, inventory control, and team leadership.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and restaurant POS/inventory management systems is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Casual Dining, Cloud Kitchens, or Multi-Outlet Restaurant Chains.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven ability to manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

• Customer-focused with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
