What you will do: 

• Warmly welcome visitors and create a positive first impression. 

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. 

• Handle general inquiries and provide relevant information about the organization. 

• Answer and redirect phone calls professionally; take accurate messages when required. 

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. 

• Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed. 

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively. 

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) 

• Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor 

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry) 

• Multitasking and time management skills 

• Telephone etiquette and message handling 

• Organizational skills
