We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization and will ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all guests

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and clients
