Job Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact at Platinum Iron Champs Gym, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing member check-ins, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.

• Manage member check-ins/check-outs and maintain attendance records.

• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails regarding memberships, classes, and timings.

• Assist in membership registration, renewals, and fee collection.

• Handle cash/UPI/card transactions and maintain payment records.

• Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and professional at all times.

• Maintain member records and coordinate schedules for training sessions.

• Inform and promote gym offers, events, and personal training packages.

• Address member concerns and escalate issues to the gym owner when required.

• Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, registers, and reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• Prior experience in reception/customer service (gym/fitness industry preferred).

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / record keeping.

• Organized, punctual, and able to manage multitasking.

• Pleasant personality, service-oriented, and disciplined.

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
