We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our doctor’s office. The role involves handling front-desk activities, patient coordination, record management, and supporting the doctor and medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Manage front-desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Maintain and organize patient records (physical and/or electronic)
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
Manage billing support, invoices, and payment records
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, labs, and other staff
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and office area
Manage office supplies and place orders when required
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic protocols
Assist with basic reporting and daily administrative tasks
Previous experience as an office admin, clinic admin, or receptionist preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Polite, patient-friendly attitude
Basic understanding of medical terminology is an advantage
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Graduate or equivalent (preferred)
