We are hiring a Front Office Executive to join our team at Nile Hair Care.

As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and creating a welcoming experience for our clients. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients visiting the clinic
Manage appointments and client records
Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Maintain a professional and organized front desk

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred
Languages: Kannada & Fluent English (mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 (in-hand)
Location: Bangalore (Koramangala / Bellandur)
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
