We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Iocare Rehabilitation Centre to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome parents/guests and greet them who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing and phone calls, taking payments timely. follow ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages patient appointments, handles inquiries, ensures seamless patient experience, manages billing, and coordinates with center manager and medical staff. Requires excellent communication skills, and proficiency in health management software.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass / Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
