Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Front Desk & Admin Executive who will also act as a Process Coordinator. The role requires handling front-desk responsibilities while coordinating and managing day-to-day office operations. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple tasks, ensuring smooth office functioning, and coordinating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including handling visitors and calls professionally
Coordinate and monitor daily office processes and workflows
Ensure all office requirements and arrangements are managed efficiently
Act as a central point of coordination for internal communication
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Draft emails, notices, reports, and other written communication in professional English
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
Support management with administrative and coordination tasks
Ensure discipline, organization, and smooth functioning within the office
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
Presentable, responsible, and detail-oriented
