About the Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Customer care officers to manage our front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires strong organizational skills to handle bookings, appointment scheduling, and client reminders, along with ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination at the reception.
Position: Customer care officers ( Female preffered)
Job Location: Sahakarnagar, Bangalore
Nature of Work: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
· Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
· Manage front desk operations, incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
· Handle bookings, appointment scheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
· Send reminders and follow-ups to clients regarding upcoming appointments.
· Maintain and update daily appointment schedules and visitor logs.
· Provide accurate information about services and respond to client queries.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
· Manage basic administrative tasks such as handling courier, mails, and office supplies.
· Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
· Graduate / Diploma in Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
· Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply
· Proven work experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive.
· Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and appointment scheduling tools/software.
· Professional appearance, pleasant personality, and customer service mindset.
· Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and on alternate Sundays.
