We are looking for a smart, confident Front Office Executive to join our team!
📍 Location: Gurugram
💼 Position: Front Office Executive
⏰ Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 days Working
✨ Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
• Manage front desk operations and office coordination
• Receive and distribute couriers, mails, and documents
• Support administrative and HR-related activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
• Handle basic data entry and documentation work
🎯 Requirements:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Pleasing personality and professional attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
